Coronavirus has affected the media coverage for mlb starting this week. The Cardinals clubhouse is closed off and that doesn’t means reporters can’t interviews players in their towels. It means that reporters aren’t allowed one-on-one conversations as they have been during breakfast, lunch or in free time. This new policy could mean fans notice a lack of personal stories. It is supposedly temporary but, Derrick says, we’ll see. Many questions remain about the season’s repercussions of the virus and if the trip to London will happen.
