The Missouri Soccer Coaches Association released their 2023 All-State teams late last week and the St. Louis area saw many of the top players earning state-wide honors.
Today, we take a look at the Class 1 and 2 All-State teams and awards. Class 2 includes Brendan Taylor from Clayton who was named Public School Coach of the Year with Sofia Mutis from Clayton earning Player of the Year honors. Whitfield’s Mia Devrouax was named the Class 2 Offensive Player of the Year while her teammate, Taylor Gardner gained the Goalkeeper of the Year honors.
Villa Duchesne saw three of their top players earn major awards in Class 1 as Heidi Fesler was named Offensive Player of the Year with Allison Frame garnered Defensive Player of the Year and Grace Benac earned Co-Goalkeeper of the Year honors.
