Ted Simmons will find out in early December whether or not he’s been elected to the MLB Hall Of Fame. A switch-hitter who spent most of his career with the St. Louis Cardinals, he is widely considered one of the greatest hitting catchers in MLB history. He was an 8-time All-Star, silver slugger award winner, and a member of the St. Louis Cardinals HOF. Currently, he’s a scout for the Atlanta Braves.
