Incarnate Word continues to stay on top of this week’s High School Sports Caravan Girls’ Basketball Top 10 Rankings after stretching their winning streak to 92 games this past week by winning a pair of games out in Kansas City. Father McGivney joins the list as they prepare for the IHSA playoffs.

  1. Incarnate Word (23-0)
    • The Red Knights won three games last week, including a 68-45 win over Kansas powerhouse Bishop Miege and will take on Nerinx Hall Tuesday evening.
  2. John Burroughs (22-2)
    • The Bombers won the Queen of Hearts Tournament by defeating Pattonville 47-46 and will take on Lutheran St. Charles Tuesday evening.
  3. Alton (29-1)
    • The Red Birds ended their regular season on a five-game winning streak and will open IHSA tournament action Tuesday evening against Granite City.
  4. Vashon (18-5)
    • The Wolverines bounced back after falling to IWA with a pair of wins last week including a 64-54 win over Lutheran St. Charles and will play Gateway STEM Tuesday evening.
  5. O’Fallon (27-4)
    • The Panthers finished the regular season on a seven-game winning streak and will start IHSA tournament action Tuesday against Belleville West.
  6. Pattonville (13-5)
    • The Pirates won three straight games before falling to John Burroughs over the weekend in the title game of the Queen of Hearts tourney and will host Parkway South to open play this week.
  7. Lutheran St. Charles (19-4)
    • The Cougars have won six of their last seven contests and will host John Burroughs Tuesday evening in a huge late-season matchup.
  8. Eureka (17-7)
    • The Wildcats won six of their last seven games and will host Kirkwood Friday evening in their second to last game of the regular season.
  9. Parkway South (17-5)
    • The Patriots will look to bounce back after a loss to Union this past weekend with a game at Pattonville Monday evening.
  10. Father McGivney (28-3)
    • The Griffins wrapped up the regular season on a nine-game winning streak and will open play in the IHSA playoffs against Bunker Hill Monday evening.
