Incarnate Word continues to stay on top of this week’s High School Sports Caravan Girls’ Basketball Top 10 Rankings after stretching their winning streak to 83 games this past week with wins down in Louisville, Ky. The bottom of the rankings continues to see new teams as Parkway South and Cardinal Ritter join the list after impressive wins last week.

 

  1. Incarnate Word (15-0)
    • The Red Knights traveled to Louisville, Ky., and came away with a pair of wins over two of the top teams in the Louisville area and will travel to Westminster to take on the Wildcats Wednesday evening.
  2. John Burroughs (17-2)
    • The Bombers have won seven consecutive games including a 43-28 victory over Lutheran South and will take on Westminster in a Metro League match-up Friday evening.
  3. Alton (23-0)
    • The Red Birds took home the Highland Tournament title with three wins last week including a 54-38 win over Okawville in the championship game and will take on East St. Louis Tuesday evening.
  4. Vashon (12-4)
    • The Wolverines won a pair of games last week and will play Soldan Tuesday night.
  5. O’Fallon (21-4)
    • The Panthers have won seven of their last eight games including a 54-34 victory over Mater Dei in the third-place contest and will take on Edwardsville Tuesday night.
  6. Pattonville (10-3)
    • The Pirates will look to bounce back after losing to Vashon this past weekend with a contest against Parkway South Wednesday night.
  7. Lutheran St. Charles (15-3)
    • The Cougars have won 12 of their last 13 games including an 82-52 win over Arlington, Tenn., and will host Rosati-Kain Thursday evening.
  8. Eureka (14-6)
    • The Wildcats won three games last week and will take on Parkway South in a key Suburban Conference contest Friday evening.
  9. Parkway South (14-3)
    • The Patriots have won four straight games including a 56-47 win over Fort Zumwalt West and will travel to Pattonville to take on the Pirates Wednesday night.
  10. Cardnial Ritter (11-6)
    • The Lions have won three straight games and will take on Christian in a AAA Conference contest Thursday evening.
