There are some major changes in this week’s HSSC/Scoops with Danny Mac Top 10 Poll after our top two teams on the boys’ list fell this past weekend. On the girls’ side, not a lot of movement as almost everyone on last week’s list gained wins during the week.

BOY’S TOP 10

1. Westminster (22-1)
The Wildcats handed Chaminade their worst home loss in recent years and extended their winning streak to 14 games with wins over the Red Devils and John Burroughs.
2. CBC (17-6)
The Cadets defeated DeSmet Saturday evening and will have a pair of MCC games with SLUH and Chaminade this week.
3. East St. Louis (21-5)
The Flyers handed Vashon their third loss of the year in a 65-56 win over the Wolverines Saturday night.
4. Vashon (19-3)
The Wolverines fell to East St. Louis Saturday before defeating Miller Career 75-38 Monday evening. Vashon will get another battle against a top 10 school Saturday as they will host Westminster.
5. Chaminade (17-5)
The Red Devils fell to new No. 1 Westminster Saturday and will travel to DeSmet Tuesday night for a big MCC battle.
6. MICDS (19-3)
The Rams are currently on a nine-game winning streak and will host Priory Tuesday night.
7. DeSmet (15-7)
The Spartans fell to CBC Saturday and will take on Chaminade Tuesday and then turn around and play Hazelwood Central Wednesday.
8. Parkway West (18-2)
The Longhorns earned a pair of wins last week and will take on Kirkwood Tuesday night.
9. Cardinal Ritter (15-9)
The Lions grabbed two wins last week over St. Mary’s and Father Tolton and will play Jennings Tuesday evening.
10. Fort Zumwalt South (21-2)
The Bulldogs enter the top 10 on an eight-game winning streak after defeating Fort Zumwalt West Monday night.

GIRL’S TOP 10

1. Incarnate Word (21-0)
The streak continues as the Red Knights earned three victories last week and will take on Nerinx Hall Tuesday evening.
2. Webster Groves (17-4)
The Statesmen bounced back after falling to IWA with wins over Ladue and Marquette last week and will travel to Ursuline Tuesday evening.
3. Edwardsville (25-4)
The Tigers finish the regular season with a match-up against Pekin Tuesday night.
4. Whitfield (16-3)
The Warriors have won eight straight and will take on Villa Duchesne Tuesday before a huge contest against Westminster Wednesday evening.
5. Civic Memorial (28-4)
The Eagles wrap up the regular season against East St. Louis Thursday evening.
6. John Burroughs (13-4)
The Bombers defeated MICDS 38-35 Friday night and will look to claim the Metro League title with a win over Principia Tuesday evening.
7. St. Charles West (17-3)
The Warriors are currently on a four-game winning streak and will take on Fort Zumwalt East Tuesday night.
8. O’Fallon (23-5)
The Panthers open IHSA post-season play with a first-round contest against Belleville East Tuesday night.
9. Eureka (16-6)
The Wildcats won a pair of games last week and will have a huge contest against Webster Groves Friday night.
10. Westminster (15-5)
The Wildcats will look to bounce back after a loss to Lutheran South with a game against Lutheran St. Charles Tuesday evening.
