The ladies are on the pitch this spring and the beginning of the season brings us the HSSC/Scoops with Danny Mac Girls’ Soccer Top 10 rankings. Despite dropping their first game in over two years, St. Dominic starts the spring in the top spot with O’Fallon right behind in the second spot. This is going another great spring for the ladies and there definitely will be a lot of new names that we may see on the list.

  1. St. Dominic (6-1)
    • Dropped their first game of the year over the weekend to St. James Academy (Kan.) and will look to bounce back in a contest with Summit Tuesday evening.
  1. O’Fallon (6-0)
    • The Panthers defeated Alton last week and will take on conference rival Belleville East Wednesday evening.
  1. Fort Zumwalt South (5-0)
    • The Bulldogs have a pair of matches against Howell North and Liberty this week as they look to remain undefeated.
  1. Waterloo (6-1)
    • The Bulldogs are on a four-game winning streak and will take on Triad Tuesday evening.
  1. Notre Dame (6-0-1)
    • The Rebels bounced back after a scoreless tie to Althoff Saturday with a win over Mehlville Monday evening. ND will take on Borgia Tuesday evening.
  1. Nerinx Hall (3-1)
    • The Markers are on a three-game winning streak and will take on Eureka Tuesday evening.
  1. Alton Marquette (4-2-2)
    • The Explorers will look to rebound after falling to Alton Monday evening with a contest against Roxana Tuesday.
  1. Eureka (3-1)
    • The Wildcats defeated Webster Groves last week and will take on Nerinx Hall Tuesday afternoon.
  1. Columbia (4-2-1)
    • The Eagles have won three straight matches and will travel to Breese Central for a match Tuesday afternoon.
  1. Parkway West (2-0)
    • The Longhorns opened the year with a pair of wins and will take on district rival Parkway Central Tuesday evening.
