Fort Zumwalt South claimed their second consecutive Missouri State High School Activities Association Class 3 title to earn the top spot in the final HSSC/Scoops with Danny Mac Girls’ Soccer Top 10 rankings. The top four spots remained the same after the finals in both Missouri and Illinois while Whitfield entered the list after winning their first MSHSAA Class 1 title in school history.


  1. Fort Zumwalt South (26-1)
    • The Bulldogs defeated Smithville 4-1 in the MSHSAA Class 3 semifinals before defeating Glendale 5-3 in the title match complete their season.
  1. Triad (25-1)
    • The Knights won their second straight IHSA Class 2A title with a 1-0 victory over Lisle Benet Academy in the state finals.
  1. St. Dominic (22-3)
    • The Crusaders won their second straight Class 4 title and their third consecutive state championship with a victory over Nerinx Hall 1-0 on penalty kicks in the state title match.
  1. Nerinx Hall (21-3-1)
    • The Markers defeated Rock Bridge in the MSHSAA Class 4 semifinals before falling to St. Dominic on penalty kicks 1-0 in the state title contest.
  1. MICDS (16-6)
    • The Rams claimed the MSHSAA Class 2 title with a 2-1 overtime victory over Orchard Farm after beating Pleasant Hill 3-0 in the state semifinals.
  1. Whitfield (13-6)
    • The warriors won their first MSHSAA Class 1 state title in school history with a 3-0 victory over St. Pius X (Festus) in the title match after beating Mid-Buchanan 2-1 in the semifinals.
  1. Orchard Farm (20-6-1)
    • The Eagles fell to MICDS in the MSHSAA Class 2 title match 2-1 in overtime after defeating Perryville in the semifinals 4-0.
  1. O’Fallon (20-2)
    • Season complete.
  1. Parkway West (19-1)
    • Season complete.
  1. Cor Jesu (16-3-2)
    • Season complete.
