We are heading to the final weekend of the high school season in Missouri and Fort Zumwalt South remains at the top of the HSSC/Scoops with Danny Mac Girls’ Soccer Top 10 rankings. The Bulldogs will attempt to win their second straight championship at the Worldwide Soccer Park in Fenton, Mo. starting Friday evening. A pair of new teams enter the rankings after winning their quarterfinal matches to advance to the state semifinals.

 

  1. Fort Zumwalt South (24-1)
    • The Bulldogs defeated Webster Groves 4-0 in the MSHSAA Class 3 quarterfinals and will take on Smithville Friday afternoon in the state semifinals.
  1. Triad (22-1)
    • The Knights avenged their lone loss of the year by defeating Waterloo 1-0 in the IHSA sectional final and will play Chatham Glenwood Tuesday in the Class 2 Super Sectional.
  1. St. Dominic (20-3)
    • The Crusaders defeated Howell Central 3-0 in the MSHSAA Class 4 quarterfinals and will look to win their second straight title as they will play Liberty North.
  1. Nerinx Hall (20-2-1)
    • The Markers defeated Jackson in the MSHSAA Class 4 quarterfinals and will play Rock Bridge in the state semifinals Friday afternoon.
  1. Orchard Farm (19-5-1)
    • The Eagles climb into the rankings on a six-game winning streak and defeated Southern Boone in the MSHSAA Class 2 quarterfinals and will take on Perryville in the state semifinals Friday afternoon.
  1. MICDS (14-6)
    • The Rams join the rankings after defeating Logan-Rogersville 2-0 in the Class 2 quarterfinals and will take on Pleasant Hill in the state semifinal Friday evening.
  1. O’Fallon (20-2)
    • The Panthers fell to Edwardsville in the IHSA Class 4 sectionals 2-0 to complete their season.
  1. Parkway West (19-1)
    • Season complete.
  1. Cor Jesu (16-3-2)
    • Season complete.
  1. Waterloo (20-5-1)
    • The Bulldogs fell to Triad 1-0 in the IHSA Class 2 sectional finals to complete their season..
