His numbers are good, not great. The respect from fans and media can be best described as “tepid.” But, I argue he has been what he was signed to be, an Ace. Now that I’ve lost 73% of readers who will now leave scathing comments after reading a sentence, how about us...
They’ve broken me, my Cardinals. This team seems so distant, non-understandable, endlessly frustrating and filled with unmet potential. I wrote multiple times about how good this team could be. Multiple former and future All-Stars, former top 5 Cy Young finishers, MVP...
There’s been a week to reflect upon Nolan Arenado hitting the 350th home run of his career last week. That number alone is impressive, but there have been 102 other fellas to do it as well. But you pair it with 10 Gold Gloves, and you have one of the most exclusive...

When I read the news last week that ol’ Bobby Manfred decided to allow Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe back into the game of baseball (now that they’re both on the wrong side of the grass), the first thing that popped in my head was, “Pete Rose’s grandmother had a pet...
Wow, what a ride huh? Nine games in a row, seriously? I mean, who could have seen this coming? ME. That’s who. You laughed, you destroyed the comment section when I dared to say this team would be good, or that ownership actually knew more than us. Yet here we are,...
Karah Kuhlman is not a name you know. You can’t follow her in any box scores, or see her in any highlight reels at the end of the evening. But, she is a hero. She is a superstar. She is stronger than any athlete you follow. And, there is a Robin to her Batman, it’s...
