Larry Walker is one the best outfielders in recent baseball history. Over 17 seasons, he was an MVP, won three batting titles, three Silver Sluggers and seven Gold Gloves, while making five All-Star teams. The amazing stat is is his 72.6 career WAR and that leaves him in very select company. Hall of Fame company.
I was really excited to sit down with Larry. He’s an exceptional person and will always be part of the Cardinals family. In my mind, he should be in the Hall Of Fame. We talk about the HOF, his time in St. Louis, the trade, his first at bat with the Cardinals, and much more. Enjoy!
