Chris welcomes Kevin Goldstein of Fangraphs to the show to talk MLB & the current industry. Kevin was hired by the Houston Astros in 2012 while writing at Baseball Prospectus and spent nearly a decade in the front office, including as their Director of Pro Scouting. The guys talk about the industry, Kevin’s impressions of where it’s been and could be headed, and the labor talks looming over the 2021 season. The guys also draft “people you would hire immediately if you were starting a professional sports organization and building it from the ground up.”
