We talk to former Cardinal, Stephen Piscotty, today about raising awareness for ALS. It’s widely known that part of the reason he was traded to Oakland was to spend more time with his ailing mother. Gretchen Piscotty sadly passed away from ALS (or Lou Gehrig’s) last year. He talks about the trade and what it meant for his family. What does he say it’s been like after losing her?
